Cancellation policy

To cancel a recurring service sold directly by KALXA, use the cancellation feature in the relevant product if available, or contact lasielazba1@gmail.com with the account email, service and subscription reference. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any remaining obligations under the agreed plan.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges from the effective cancellation date, subject to the billing terms disclosed when you subscribed and applicable law. Any current billing period, notice period or minimum term must be disclosed in your subscription agreement. Cancellation does not automatically reverse prior valid charges.

We will explain whether access continues until the end of the paid period and what happens to published content and account data. Where available, request a data export before access ends. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy and applicable law.
