Event ticketing terms: KALXA charges a 4% platform commission on tickets sold. The ticketing commission is separate from optional Featured Listing and Event Boost charges. Any applicable payment processing fees, taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. Paid promotion does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance or a particular number of views.

Creator monetisation terms:

Free activation costs R0. Standard activation costs R100 once-off. Premium activation costs R150 once-off. An eligible existing Standard creator pays an additional R50 once-off to upgrade to Premium.

KALXA's proposed commission on eligible supporter payments is 23% for Free creators and 3% for Standard and Premium creators. These percentages exclude applicable Paystack processing fees.

Buy Me a Coffee, donations, fundraising and exclusive paid content are planned monetisation capabilities. Availability depends on development, payment provider approval, technical integration and applicable onboarding requirements.

The Standard-to-Premium upgrade discount requires server-side verification of the creator's previous successful Standard payment. Feature availability and final payment terms must be confirmed before activation.

Discovery advertising terms: All packages are once-off purchases valid for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. Businesses may purchase another advertising period after expiry. Featured visibility is subject to platform rules and availability. No particular number of views, enquiries or sales is guaranteed.

Different KALXA products use different pricing models. Review the applicable charges and terms before purchasing.

Commission-Based Payments

Event ticketing carries a 4% KALXA platform commission per ticket sold. Creator monetisation has proposed commissions of 23% on Free and 3% on paid plans. Processing fees and other applicable charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once-Off Payments

Creator Standard and Premium use once-off activation fees. Discovery advertising packages are also purchased once for a fixed 30-day period. Optional event promotions are priced separately.

Monthly Subscriptions

Restaurant Standard and Restaurant Premium are monthly subscriptions. Creator activation fees and the 4% event ticketing commission are not monthly subscriptions.

Third-Party Transactions

Event ticket purchases and creator supporter contributions may involve independent organisers or creators. The applicable checkout or agreement should identify the relevant parties, fees and settlement arrangements.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment providers may charge additional processing fees. KALXA's advertised commission percentages do not automatically include those fees. Actual payouts depend on the agreed settlement arrangement and applicable deductions.

Digital Service Delivery

Digital platform access, subscriptions and promotional placements are delivered according to the applicable product terms. Feature availability may depend on activation, verification or technical readiness.
